Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes unexpected situations arise and you may need to cancel your booking with us. To ensure a smooth experience for all of our clients we have implemented the following cancellation and rescheduling policy: - All Sales are final and non-refundable. - If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please let us know at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time at elizabeth@somatrahealing.com - We do not offer refunds for no shows or for those who cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
